Low call column iPhone 12 Pro brand new
I just received my phone today and the call volume is very low even when the volume is set to the highest level.

Have you had an opportunity to complete the steps in this guide to adjust the volume in calls, under the section titled, "Adjust the audio during a call"?
If so, please verify that there are no third-party screen protectors nor any protective case on your device, to ensure such accessories aren't interfering with the earpiece receiver. Also, let us know if the same issue occurs when you switch the audio from the earpiece receiver to the speakerphone.
And so that we're on the same page, what's the iOS version installed on your device? This can be found under Settings > General > About.
