iPhone 11 vibrate

Good morning to all.

few months ago I purchased a new iPhone 11 from Apple via Stormfront.

phone works well,just for the vibrate setup can’t seem to be able to get it to work.

Have been looking through other forums and the general information is that’s how Apple decided to get this method to off. Been all through the settings but failed to get the phone to vibrate. Is it a common fault or is it my iPhone is faulty?
