If you tap on the weather, then scroll to the bottom of the display, it should tell you.

Mine says "The Weather Channel", but I've had my Apple Watch for 2 years, and I've customized the complications a lot, so it is possible I'm not using the default Apple Watch weather complication. I think I am, but again too long ago when I set it up.
