Hi elinagregoriou,

We understand you're having trouble activating the iMessage service on your device. We're happy to help.

Looking at the image you sent, it looks like you're already signed into an Apple ID for iMessage. If you're trying to activate your phone number for iMessage, you'd want to do that first before signing in to an Apple ID. Tap on that Send & Receive option and remove your Apple ID from there for the time being.

For the phone number activation, there's a few things you'll want to confirm. Are you currently able to send and receive regular SMS text messages?

In Settings > General > Date & Time, do you currently have Set Automatically turned on, and is it showing an accurate Time Zone?

If your SMS messaging is working and the date & time is set automatically you can try turning the iMessage back on to see if it activates. We also see in the image you sent that the device is currently connected to a Wi-Fi network. Try turning that off and using your cellular connection for activation instead.

If iMessage successfully activates, you can then sign back in to your Apple ID in the Send & Receive section if you'd also like to use that address as a way to send and receive messages.

We hope this helps. Take care!
