Calendar notifications

I have the iPhone XR and I got a notification from calendars saying that my information is going to be exposed. I have not clicked on any links can somebody help?

Go to Settings>Calendar>Accounts>...and remove any unknown acounts.

Calendar I have an issue in my calendar that I get every 30 minutes notification remained me that I should click on the link which send it from calendar , and that’s link for my iPhone unsecured and there’s leak in my information. I already deleted the calendar but still the notification come to my phone screen with the link .
