iMac Favorites - Unwanted Bookmark Added

How do I delete 2 unwanted empty folder icons on my 'Favorites' page that has been automatically added?

In Finder favorites, hold the Control key, click on the icon and select Remove from Sidebar.

In Safari favorites, hold the Control key, click on the icon and select Delete.
