fans wont stop running after big sur install

Hi Everyone, I have tried everything to get my fans to stop running. The moment my macbook air early 2020 come son the fans stay on sometimes with no apps open . I have even tried to reinstall big sure no dice. I di the resets no dice maybe a fix is coming in an update?
