How do I de-register or deactivate an iPad Pro from my account?

You can remove it and set it up as 'new' using the steps in the article below.

Selling/Giving Away Device.

You can also use the Remove section in the article below, but the data remains.

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.
