iPad mini grayscale won’t turn off

Our iPad mini has gone grayscale and even when I go into accessibility and turn off grayscale, the iPad does not revert to color. I do not know what else to do. Help!!

Hello lilrosbudd,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

We understand from your post that your iPad mini is showing grayscale even after turning the feature off in Accessibility settings. Start by restarting your iPad as described in this article:

Restart your iPad - Apple Support

If the issue persists, make sure all the Accessibility settings for Inverting Colors and Color Filters are disabled.

Use display and text size preferences on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Best Regards.
