a vertical white line occurred on the screen

I dropped my iPhone XS max when i was taking a walk but the streets are all ice here in iceland so it was a pretty hard drop and a vertical white line occurred on the screen and

so my question is , if I get the screen repaired, will it fix the white line or is it gonna cost more money to fix the white line problem thing?
