Cannot find airdrop file on my iphone

airdropped a 7.41GB file from iMac to iPhone. I can see my iPhone storage went up by around 7GB. But I never found the files. They are uncompressed pictures and the format is tif. I’ve tried the search bar. But didn’t work. I would like to find it and delete it to save my storage.

When you AirDrop there is an immediate popup to Accept and then where to store. Watch the GIF below

Try again, do not accept it, but recall what option your may have selected in the first instance.

Hi Sravankr,

Thanks for your reply. But my iPhone doesn’t let me to choose where I want to save it. It saved automatically by itself. I tried again today to send Just one picture. It appears in the photo section. But I could never find the pictures that I received together last time. It was over 70 pictures. My iPhone storage was still occupied. Now I just want to delete it and space my storage.
