I want to sell my old iphone X , I already moved data to my new iphone 12 pro, how to erase data from old phone

first sign out of iCloud under settings. Once that is complete go to general settings. At the bottom of the screen above shut down select reset. Once opened you’ll see erase and reset. Select that enter the rest of the info that follows (pin and id) and you are ready to get rid of your phone. Make sure to remove the SIM cards before you let go of it. Also, If you sign back into your phone you will have to repeat the process all over again. I’d advise you back up all your data into the iCloud before erasing your phone. Last thing, after all that is done, go into Findmy on your new phone. If your old device is still showing up you can erase it from your new phone. Good luck and have a wonderful evening.
