Can’t make or receive calls on iPhone pro max

please I have IPhone 12 pro max I can’t make or receive calls. But Internet and sms all working good. I try all the steps on the Internet and still can’t make calls.

if I put the same SIM card into my iPhone 8 everything is okay.

Please can someone help me here.
