Numbers appear only when I am called, even though his number is saved in my contacts

What is the solution to the problem of my callers ’numbers appearing and their names not appearing, even though their names are saved in my phone (iPhone X type)

At the time of the call itself, only the number is shown, and when the call ends, I see the call log, and if the name is saved with me ?!

iPhone X, iOS 13

Please check the phone number format that is stored on your contact list.

Please check the Phone Number format stored in your Contact list. There must not be any manually added spaces in between the numbers. However when you enter a phone number iPhone will add spaces, hyphen & parenthesis based on the country code prefixed to the number. That is OK, but do not add manually.
