Macbook screen broken/black

My sister was closing her Macbook Pro (2018) and her earphone piece came in between the laptop screen and the surface of the mac, and her mac went blank with a black screen and has like a rainbow type of circle with lines, the mac is on as the features on the touchbar work but the mac screen is black, I tried setting the NVRAM and all but it wont turn off either

Depending on your location and official repair services available to you there

you may find options [i.e: within linked site] such as those that offer "send-in"

where Apple sends you empty box. Repairs, return by parcel delivery service.

If under warranty/or not, details should be addressed to contact links within.

Read details carefully. Note options where genius bar &/or Apple store may

not be open, or aren't available to your region. Services through authorized

Apple resellers/service, are not same as 'official Apple service center' or depot.

Hi,

You would need to replace LCD panel or whole upside of MacBook Pro assembly.

Anyway try to contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined the LCD screen.
