not authorized to play a song?

I purchased the song "All The Things She Said" - Poppy and whenever I try to play it in iTunes, it givesme a prompt that my device is not authorized to play the song. It then tells me to sign in using my apple ID. Whenever I do, it says my devices has been re-authorized. However, when I try to play the song after this, it says the same thing. I have recently downloaded the latest version of iTunes. I don't know how to get this song to play. It doesn't show up on my devices either.

Delete and redownload the song which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
