Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with a pending charge.


It sounds like there was an issue with your billing method. Correct the issue or add a new payment method: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


One the charge goes through, if there was an error, you can request a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


"If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again."
