It is nearly impossible to have a hacked iPhone. It is however, entirely possible, for someone to access your data from iCloud IF your Apple ID and Password are compromised. In short, if you do not share your Apple ID and Password information with anyone OR have not entered the information on scam / fake websites then you do not have to worry about a compromised Apple ID account.
