Apple watch playing Spotify through Siri.

I’ve been trying to play some song in my Apple Watch through Siri while using Spotify, I told Siri to play a song on Spotify but it’s says that i need to verify the account details in Spotify, basically if I request a song i can’t play it and have to do it manually in my phone. It worked before but I had to re-pair my watch with my Phone because I wasn't getting any notifications on my apple watch. However, now everything seams fine apart from Siri not taking commands for Spotify due to account verification issues and I don't know how to fix this. I've tried to log out and log back in on Spotify but is not working.

As only Pandora and Apple Music can use Siri to play music, Siri can only do this while is has access to your Spotify account. You may need to say this: “Hey Siri, play my (playlist name) playlist on Spotify”. This command will allow Siri to open the Spotify app. It can also depend on your iOS version. Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest version. Also check if Spotify is up to date. If it needs access, allow.
