Can a iPad mini 4 support 18W chargers?

Hi! I'm using an iPad mini 4 and have been using it for many years since it was released. But recently my 10W Apple charger gave up and won't provide a strong charge anymore, it's not the battery issue, i checked. So i hope on over to some online stores and they only sell 18W chargers now except for the 10W. So i'm wondering is it alright to charge with an 18W charger? Thanks.

You can safely use standard USB Power Adapters of higher wattage without issue. The iPad will automatically limit its current-draw to the maximum supported charging rate - typically 12W (2.4A @5V).

Recent iPad models support USB-PD Fast Charging, supporting charging at 18W (1.5A @12V).
