You can't.

But you can disable it in Control Centre.

Settings > Control Centre > Music Recognition (tap the minus sign if it was added earlier).

The Shazam app can be downloaded (if you haven't already) from the App Store and move it like any other app.

Yes, you can move it to wherever you want.
