Bluetooth not working on iPhone 5
How can I get Bluetooth to work? Updates all done, taken phone back to factory settings and done a network reset to bit still just get a spinning wheel?

Many bluetooth devices you can pair is required to be put into pairing / discovery mode before they can pair with a new device, how you go about doing so depend on the device you mean to pair
