Why is my app downloads been disabled? How do I fix it

Why am I not able to download apps now? It says it's disabled

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.    


Contact iTunes Support for assistance. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.
