iPad Pro 2020 headphones

I have just bought the new iPad Pro but it has the new type of charging port, usb 3 I think it’s called, so I need to get an adapter so that my lightening earphones can plug in, can anyone let me know what I need, I’ve had a look and can only see a usb 3 - earphone jack adapter. Thanks

Apple made adapters Does Apple make an adapter plug (for iphone 10XR) for headphones with single pin (round not flat?) I have bought other adapters made by Belkin and others and these do not work for more than a few days/times. I would also like to know if Apple will ever make an adapter of the same kind as described above that has the option to charge the iphone at the same time? Thanks.

It is a USBC connector in the iPad Pro 2020.
