Does IPhone 12 clear MagSafe case come with a MagSafe charger?

i’m considering getting an iPhone 12 mini, and was interested in the clear MagSafe case:

But I’m not entirely clear on how the MagSafe works, so I don’t know whether this case is merely COMPATIBLE with MagSafe, or if it actually includes the following charger:

So if I get the phone and that case, would the charger come included with either one, or do I need to buy the charger separately?
