I'm trying to pair my series 6 apple watch to my Sony wireless headphones. When my watch searches for the device nothing comes up. How do I resolve?

Thank you for the advice. I thought it automatically went in discovery mode but only for the first device. I went to the owners manual as suggested and it gave me the directions and all is good. Thank you
Did you put the headphones in discovery mode?,should be in your headphones docs,how to do it.
