If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support

Contact the card issuer. Not all issuers support Wallet with all of the cards in their stable. For example, My Chase-issued United Airlines card could not be added to the Wallet app. So I canceled it.

I happen to have a Costco Visa that I don’t use with Apple Pay. This thread provoked me to start the process of adding it. I got to the point of getting to the Terms & Conditions before I aborted.

OK, so I think my having gone that far likely means Citi Costco Visa is acceptable on Apple Pay.

Lawrence Finch’s comments are well advised here, as Chase is listed as an accepted institution, but the specific Chase card he mentioned is not accepted. Citi (the Costco Visa issuer) is also accepted. I have a different Citi card that I use with Apple Pay.

So as Lawrence Finch suggested, you should contact the card issuer.
