I’ve done a backup already and my phone is only on iOS 12 and there is no option to download and update my software. It says my phone is up to date when it’s not. Help

I’ve already cleaned up my phone so there’s more than enough space and then I already backed up my phone onto a file stick and my phone is still showing it is up to date with iOS 12. I want to download iOS 14 but it’s not showing up. Help please

You can't install iOS 14 on the iPhone 6.
