Is there an option to take a financing for 1 year or 2 years for iphone for personal use? I though it was an option, but I was not able to locate it anymore.

It is an option however it only works if you have the Apple Card (Only available in the US, at present). This is the 24 month, No interest plan. If you do not have the Apple Card then you can charge it on your credit card and then pay monthly however I do understand that you will be paying interest to your credit card company.
