How can I upgrade OS from OS X Mavericks

This is my information of my Mac.
MacBook Pro
Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014
Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F1911)
Processor 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
I can not login any service: iClould, App store,...
How can I upgrade OS? :( . With this OS can not run any software. Please help me!
