my phone is in a negative mode where everything looks like a picture that has not been developed. Plus I cannot turn it off help please.

You may have turned on the classic or smart inverts, accidentally.
Open Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Display & Text Size : Ensure that Classic Invert and Smart Invert are set to OFF.
