Cannot add debit card to Apple Pay/Wallet
Out of the blue I received a notification from Apple Wallet saying that my TD debit card was no longer associated with Wallet. I deleted the card and re-added it but it won't verify with the TD mobile banking app. However, when I try to add a new card Wallet shows that the old card is still on file even though I have removed it supposedly. Why is this information still retained if I deleted it? and why can I not successfully add a new card of the same account? - It seems like the fact that the information that is being retained is stopping the successful addition of the new card.
It looks like it will add but when I get to verifying and Wallet takes me to the TD mobile app the app shows a message that the card is associated to another login.
Everything was working just fine, until it wasn't.
I've signed out of Apple ID, signed back in, still the same issue.
Is this an Apple issue or TD issue?
There seems to be no way to delete the 'card on file' information in Wallet.... Very frustrating.
