How do I restore my apple wallet icon on the desktop of my iPad?

I did something in my settings that deleted my apple wallet icon. How do I restore it on my ipad

Check Settings>General>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allowed Apps>Wallet... is that option set to "Allow" (green)?

When done, restart your iPad.
