iPhone 11 is not responding

My brand new iPhone 11 is not responding. Some of the applications are frozen, I cannot receive or make phone calls and I cannot restart the phone please help

telephone not working From time to time over the past couple of months, my phone (telephone app) freezes. I can't change from the keypad to VM, etc., can't make calls. Other apps continue to work.
