I would appreciate if somebody could help me restore the 2nd Genaration 2GB ipod shuffle that displays the following error message while trying to restore the ipod :
"The iPod "iPod" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1435)."
How to get rid of off this error 1435 and restore the ipod and make it operational again ? Pls. Help !

Thank you very much for the response and for the link that you have provided with the options on how to solve the problem of my 2nd Generation 2GB iPod shuffle; I tried again and had tried the same procedures/options earlier as well to solve the issue but all in vain as nothing seems to work at all and allow me to restore my iPod shuffle. The culprit is that “error1435”.
Now am planning to take the iPod to the local Apple gadgets support centre.
