Homekit AppleTV4k not responding for me but for GF

Hi all,


i have a weird issue, when outside my home, my Homekit secure video cameras are showing as non responsive for me but work just fine for my girlfriend at the same time.


i am the homekit house owner and invited her. Our 2 Eufy 2k Pan and tilt cameras are supposed to be off when one of us is home and stream and record when we both are out.


everytime we leave my girlfriend immediately gets notified that cam turned to stream and record. And I only received this randomly one two occasions over last 2 months (2 times out of 60+ days)


when I open homekit and look at the cams outside of home they show as not responding while she can see them fine. I can only see them when on the same wifi.


i tried it all, reboot apple tv 4k, reboot my phone, log out log in icloud, even switched to a new iphone and nothing changed.


it might be related to my icloud account but I can’t just create a new one as I have all my purchases and subscriptions and backups on this one....


when out of home ONLY I get an error message when I click on my face in homekit settings to see my account. (See attached screenshot)


clicking on « use xxxx@xy.com » doesn’t work, message still shows up again when going back to the settings every time.


how to fix my icloud account?? This is frustrating.


i also tried resetting network settings on my iPhone..

Looks like you did everything I would've suggested so next step https://getsupport.apple.com.
