New iPhone can’t backup to cloud

My iPhone was backing up to cloud Cloud until I bought a new phone. Now it won’t backup. What’s the problem?

See this to troubleshoot iCloud backup issues. If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
