Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My MacBook Air is stuck at this screen. I restarted it several times, put in my password to login and it starts to load and stop. How do get past this point and get into it? My memory is full and it’s causing a lot of problems.
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
Shutdown computer by whatever mean possible. Connect to Charger and disconnect any external drives. Startup and Immediately hold SHIFT key. This is Safe Mode so will load much more slowly. Once the login screen appears - try your Known Password
