Dispute transaction

I had did an in app purchase for my younger cousin.

I pressed it 3 times for a total of 30$ but it charged me 6 times. How can I dispute this

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
