We need 38mm in all generations of Apple Watch

Why next generations of apple watch did not come in 38mm?? Since series 3? I know a lot of people who doesn’t get any new generation of Apple Watch (like me) because they don’t fit on 40 or 44mm. It’s not fair 😔 I need the new updates on a smaller Apple Watch!
