My Face ID won’t set up. It’s an iPhone 11 updated to latest iOS. Initially when I set up my phone after the unpacking I’ve managed to successfully set up Face ID; after a little while it was obvious that it doesn’t work for unlocking my iPhone so I disabled and erased Face ID data. After that I’ve tried numerous times to set it up again but with no success.

IF you did section 8, what did Apple support say when you took the device into the Apple store or what did Apple support say when you called them?
