No notifications showing in Notification Center

I've had my new M1 Macbook Air for a couple weeks now, running Version 11.0.1. Today, all of a sudden my Notification Center began NOT showing any of my notifications. I do get the notifications in the upper right, but after I've clicked through them or ignored them as they disappear, then I go into the Notification Center, no notifications show up. Only my widgets are there. I see no way in the Notification Center to tell it to show my notifications above my widgets. In System Preferences, everything is set up fine in my Notifications section.

On another mac of mine, also running Big Sur, my Notification Center is fine.

So frustrating. Anyone know how I can get the notifications to show in my Notification Center again.
