Why won't non-apple devices connect to my hotspot?

My home internet is out today so I'm using my iPhone hotspot. I can not get my non-apple devices to connect. My laptop and iPad work just fine.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

I tried all of those things earlier. My devices just say ”can’t connect.”
