A problem with my apple ID

I have get a new Iphone and I would like to use my apple ID on it.

When I’m trying to sing in .. it asked me to put a code that has sent to my iPad. Or my phone number.

but my ipad has broken, and I get a new phone number.

how can I use my Apple ID on my new iphone !!
