Resetting my Iphone 7 plus

I am resetting my Iphone 7 plus and eveything I have read says it is supposed to take a few minutes and mine has been stuck on the black screen with white apple and loading bar for 2 hours now. How do I stop it so I can try and start it again? I feel like it is frozen.
