How does Apple Care, warranty and/or insurance work on items that someone has bought through a lease/rent-to-own program? How would I go about installing LTE on the watch, through my carrier or through the leasing company? If it matters, the device is a new Apple Watch Nike SE 44mm (GPS+Cellular) that I leased.

We are end users like you, not Apple employees. If these devices were acquired through a business purchase, your purchasing agents should have resources through Apple business purchasing programs to find out.
