Can’t install an app

It says my credit card has a wrong year

We understand that you are having issues adding a payment method to the App Store. We’d like to help however we can. 


Firstly, are you following the steps outlined here to add or edit your payment method?

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


If so, then we would recommend contacting our Billing Support to get the best assistance going forward.
