iPad Pro & After Effects

That is easy. Get Astropad on the App store and download After Effects, photoshop, illustrator etc on your PC or mac and connect your iPad to PC or mac and walla. Now your iPad is wacom love. I did this a few years ago after the first gen iPad 12.9 with the Apple pencil was introduced.

The app "Adobe Capture" works on iPads running iOS 12 or later.

The app "Adobe Creative Cloud" works on iPads running iPadOS 13.4 or later.

The app "Make It Simple! For Adobe After Effects" works on iPads running iOS 10 or later.

So it depends on your iPad PRO or iPad AIR models.

If you mean something different, please better specify your needs.

You will definitely NOT find the full Adobe Creative Suite available for any iPad now. Adobe seems to be moving in that direction, but it is not there yet.
