How can I get the animoji (monkey) app back on my iPhone 11 Pro Max? I followed all of the directions from a previous discussion. Basically reinstalled version 14.2. Still does not show up.

Hi, I'm all set. Turns out the app is not called Animoji - it's Memoji. I was finally able to put it all together and realized I did have it installed and operational. Thank you for getting back to me.
