I'm switching carriers and I need to unlock my phone... T mobile says they are waiting for you..

This is a user-to-user forum. T-Mobile isn’t wanting for anyone here. If T-Mobile submitted an unlock order to Apple it should be processed within 24 hours. There isn’t anything you can do to make it happen.
